INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE

IHM is based on old Ayurvedic techniques involving massage to the upper back, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, scalp and face.

This treatment can be carried out seated lying down with or without oils.

Zone facial reflexology is similar in technique to foot reflexology but has it's own unique benefits. It is a holistic approach to helping you feel and look your best naturally.

EAR CANDLING AND FACIAL CUPPING

Ear Candling has been used in many ancient cultures over the years to help cleanse and purify. The candle acts as a chimney causing warm air inside to rise and the vacuum gently stimulates the ear, facilitating removal of excess wax and impurities. This can be a standalone treatment or combined with the unique style of Ziggie Bergman's Facial Cupping. It is an entirely different method that will help lymphatic drainage and support a glowing complexion. Facial Cupping, alongside Facial Reflexology, is a powerful combination for dealing with many problems.

The Treatment

My treatments are based on a holistic approach to life; assessing individuals needs and their lifestyle in order to tailor each treatment plan directly to each individual. Every person is different and I believe every treatment plan should reflect these differences.

I treat from my home, where I have a separate treatment room, offering my clients full privacy. I am also a mobile therapist; home visits can be arranged where necessary. All sessions are by appointment, for which, I try to be as flexible, as possible, to maximize comfort and ease of the therapy.

All of my treatment plans include, aftercare advice in order for my clients to feel completely integrated in the holistic approach to life once leaving my clinic.
