Denise worked for the NHS for over 15 years. However, as someone who believes strongly in alternative therapies, Denise always felt there was more she could be doing to help people.

After many years suffering from back problems Denise struggled with conventional medicines; this is where her love and fascination for Reflexology and other Therapies began.

Denise started to learn how the body could help heal itself through non-intrusive massage revolving around zonal pressure points in the body.

Since 2010, she has studied a number of alternative therapies, Foot Reflexology (incl. Spinal and Pregnancy), Zone Facial Reflexology, Indian Head Massage,

Hand and Arm Reflexology

Reiki and Crystal Healing.

Ear Candling and Facial Cupping

Becoming a Therapist

Denise trained as a Reflexologist at the London School of Reflexology (Regents University) under the direction of Principal Louise Keet and the famous Facial Zone Reflexologist Ziggie Bergman.

Louise has published three books including The Reflexology Bible and has been described by The Mail on Sunday as “Britain’s Leading Reflexologist”.
 

Ziggie is the 2017 Winner of the Association of Reflexologists Award in Excellence and Innovation in modern Facial Reflexology. Ziggie has created the world's first 'Face & Spirit Lifting Elixir' which has WON the beauty shortlist awards beating Chanel, Dior and Ren.

Denise only uses established  brands and products on the skin these include Rituals, NEOM Organics, Liz Earle and Ziggies Facial Elixir. Denise believes in only the best for her clients and also provides them with the opportunity to purchase Ziggies Elixir.

Denise feels, as a complementary therapist, it is vital to keep up to date with new skills, techniques and be inspired with new ideas, in order to offer the best treatments to each of her Clients. Denise has continued her learning by studying a range of "Continuing Professional Development' courses
